Sara and Walter in Saline, Michigan
Nov 1st, 2009 by janet
Sara and Walter began dating in 2001, and finally tied the knot on October 31st!

Sara’s bouquet contained privet berries, fern curls, delphinium, anemones, dahlias, stellata pods, seeded eucalyptus, green hydrangea, Kermit button poms, scented geranium, roses, ranunculus, and hypericum. The white grosgrain ribbon was embroidered by her mother.

The bridesmaids’ bouquets were more subdued and contained privet berries, fern curls, anemones, ranunculus, stellata pods, seeded eucalyptus, hydrangea, Kermit button poms, hypericum berries, wheat and scented geranium.
The ceremony was at St. Paul United Church of Christ in Saline, Michigan, and the reception was just down the street at Weller’s. Sara is a graphic designer, so I wasn’t surprised to see how beautifully she coordinated all of the details. Walt wore a kilt, and Sara perfectly matched his family’s tartan cloth with ties for the groomsmen and pashmina shawls for the bridesmaids.
You can find gorgeous pictures from the day on the Brett Maxwell Photography Blog. And here’s a link to Sara’s website. Be sure to check out the beautiful wedding invitations and stationary she creates!
Congratulations Sara and Walter!
Thanks for the link, I’ll have lots more up soon and you can let me know if you’d like any to use.
I love the textures and ribbon in these bouquets. You rock Janet!
