Day three at Françoise Weeks’ Botanical Couture Workshop was epic! I created so many pieces, and better yet, Alicia Schwede from Flirty Fleurs stopped by! She took most of the pictures in this post.
I started the day by finishing off the headpiece that I started on day two. It was a little over-the-top for most brides, but now I feel totally comfortable with the mechanics and can create a floral fascinator of any size!
Then I made a little floral necklace which I wore out to lunch.
I have crazy goose bumps in all of the pictures from day three. Did I mention that it the wind chill made it feel like 3 degrees Fahrenheit that day? Yikes! After lunch I worked on more floral jewelry.
Here is the floral ring and bracelet with the floral shoe from the day before.
And one last ring. What an amazing three days. Françoise Weeks is an incredible teacher and mentor. She helps you see floral material, and your surroundings, in a new light.
